His wines have regularly achieved a huge 98 points from Robert Parker and his top Shiraz sells for over $500 a bottle! Baroota is a 'special project' red grapes selected from a number of top early ripening vineyards between premium areas Spencer Gulf and the Flinders Ranges. Vinified in small batches rich powerful and intense it's best decanted then served with steak or lamb.
