Peter who has sadly passed away was born in 1930 the fifth generation of Barossa pioneers. He made his first wine aged 17 and earned a big name at some of Barossa’s finest estates. To safeguard the livelihood of growers he opened his own cellar in the 1970s. A huge gamble that paid off big time. Halliday gives the estate his highest rating 5 Red Stars and on top of multiple Trophies and Golds his credentials are really astonishing.
